Office Policies

Cancellations/No Shows

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled for a deposit refund if done 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. Any cancellation made after this period is subject to a $25 fee and the deposit will be kept as a result. Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the practice.

Failure to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time will result in “No-Show” fees: $25 for Facial Services; $50 for Botox; $100 for Filler and Coolsculpting. Excessive absences may result in discharge from the practice.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to others, if a client is more than 10 minutes late, they may have to be rescheduled and the deposit will be kept as a penalty.

Tipping

If you had a great experience while receiving one of our medical aesthetic services, we’d love for you to leave us a five-star review on Google or Facebook. Referrals are the best gratuity—thank you!

Services Policy

We reserve the right to refuse treatment and/or dismiss a client from any service at any time. Medical provider discretion determines candidacy for specific services.

Gift Certificates / Pre-Paid Packages

Pre-paid packages have a 1-year expiration date from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Missed appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged against the pre-paid service.

Payments

All payments are due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Care Credit, Brilliant Distinction (Allē) points, and checks with ID and approval. NSF checks incur a $25 return fee.

COVID-19 Policies

We have adapted our practice since the onset of COVID-19 to keep patients safe while maintaining the highest level of care. Include any current mask/visitor/screening updates here.

Return Policy

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on skincare products once purchased (except for clear defects). In case of a true allergic reaction, report within 48 hours, be assessed by a provider, and complete returns within two weeks for in-house credit; no cash refunds.

Visitors

We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment or waiting area, including those under our age-restriction policy.

Insurance

We do not participate with or submit billing to any insurance companies.

General Policies

All prices, policies, and services are subject to change without notice. Scheduling an appointment signifies acceptance of these policies. All sales are final.

Booking

To secure your appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable $25 consultation fee for all facial consultation appointments. This fee will be used towards your treatment if performed the same day. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.

To secure your appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable $50 consultation fee for all Botox consultation appointments. This fee will be used towards your treatment if performed the same day. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.

To secure your appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable $100 consultation fee for all filler consultation appointments. This fee will be used towards your treatment if performed the same day. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.

To secure your appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable $100 consultation fee for all CoolSculpting or CoolTone consultation appointments. This fee will be used toward your treatment. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of treatment. At Tondue we accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Care Credit, Brilliant Distinction (Allē) points, Tondue Gift Cards and Checks with valid identification and approval. NSF Checks will incur a $25.00 return check fee.

Return Policy

At Tondue Medical Spa we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds for any product that has been injected or used during your treatment. We are constantly striving to create an environment founded on excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skincare product returns (with exceptions to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. In the event of a true allergic reaction, you must contact the clinic and be seen within 48 hours of the reported reaction and have the reaction assessed by a provider to document the event before any returns/exchanges can be accepted and must be completed within two weeks of initial product purchase. This will be given as an in-house credit towards a future purchase, no cash refunds will be made.

Insurance

Tondue Medical Spa does NOT participate with or submit billing for any insurance companies.

Care Credit

We do accept Care Credit and depending upon the amount you spend, you can get up to 6 months of 0% interest on your services. Must bring two forms of ID if making a purchase with Care Credit and Care Credit account must be in your name or we need to have the owner of the account consent to purchase. Allē

We offer a rewards program through Allē. You can earn points with all your Allergan-based purchases such as SkinMedica, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, and Kybella, as well as many other services. If you are not an Allē member, our staff will be more than happy to assist you in enrolling. You will receive points for every product purchase you make with us. If you are already enrolled, please inform check-out that you are a member so that we can give you points if needed. We do not keep track of when points are expiring and are not responsible if a coupon expires. Please make sure you give the front office all the information needed to process a coupon at the time of service check out.
