COVID-19 Safety Protocol

Creating a safe treatment experience for our beautiful patients has always been our top priority here at Tondue. As we continue to navigate the changing COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra efforts to ensure that your treatments with us are always healthy, safe and enjoyable.

We are taking additional steps to clean and sanitize the spa on a daily basis, including providing our team with medically-appropriate attire and protection. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than your appointment time and please come to your appointment alone, additional guests will not be allowed in.

Our check-in process is now digital to help ensure safe and efficient transactions.

  • Masks must be worn to enter Tondue Medical Spa.
  • We will limit number of patients in the spa to respect social distancing guidelines
  • A COVID screening is done on all staff daily
  • Patients will be asked screening questions prior to entry

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available for use at many locations throughout the spa
  • All rooms are sanitized before and after each patient
  • Hand washing and sanitizing is performed before and after each patient
  • Patients will be allowed to remove masks for treatment once their provider has CDC recommended PPE in place

  • Our checkout process is streamlined to assure safe and clean transactions.
  • You may see additional changes around the spa to respect social distancing guidelines, as needed.
