To secure your booking, patients are required to pay a $25 consultation fee for all Facial Consultation appointments. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
To secure your booking, patients are required to pay a $50 consultation fee for all Botox Consultation appointments. This deposit will be used towards your treatment if performed the same day. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
To secure your booking, patients are required to pay a $100 consultation fee for all Filler Consultation appointments. This deposit will be used towards your treatment if performed the same day. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
To secure your booking, patients are required to pay a $100 consultation fee for all CoolSculpting or CoolTone Consultation appointments. This deposit will be used towards your treatment. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
In regards to cancellations, appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled for a deposit refund if done 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. Any cancellation made after this period is subject to a $25 fee and the deposit will be kept as a result. Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
Failure to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time will result in a $25 "No-Show" fee. Excessive abuse of scheduled appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
As a courtesy to others, if a patient is more than 10 minutes late, they may have to be rescheduled and the deposit will be kept as a penalty.
All Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment. At Tondue we accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Care Credit, Brilliant Distinction (Allē) points, Tondue Gift Cards and Checks with valid identification and approval. NSF Checks will incure a $25.00 return check fee.
At Tondue Medical Spa we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds for any product that has been injected or used during your treatment. We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns (with exceptions to clear defect in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. In the event of a true allergic reaction, you must contact the clinic and be seen within 48 hours of the reported reaction and have the reaction assessed by a provider to document the event before any returns/exchanges can be accepted and must be completed within two weeks of initial product purchase. This will be given as an in-house credit towards future purchase, no cash refunds will be made.
Tondue Medical Spa has the right to refuse treatment and/or dismiss a client from any service at any time. You may not be a candidate for certain medical services and it is at the full discretion of the
medical provider to determine whether you are a candidate for any service provided.
Tondue Medical Spa does NOT participate with or submit billing for any insurance companies.
Gift Certificates / Pre-Paid Packages
Pre-paid services packages have a 1 year expiration date from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If an appointment was missed and not cancelled before the 24-hour requirement—the pre-paid service will be charged.
We do accept Care Credit and depending upon the amount you spend–you can get up to 6 months of 0% interest on your services. Must bring two forms of ID if making a purchase with Care Credit and Care Credit account must be in your name or we need to have the owner of the account consent to purchase. We do offer a rewards program through Allē. You can earn points with all your Allergan based purchases such as Skin Medica, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and Kybella, as well as many other services. If you are not enrolled–our staff will be more than happy to assist you in enrolling. We will issue points for every product purchase you make with us. If you are already enrolled— please inform check-out that you are a member so that we can give you points if needed. We do not keep track of when points are expiring and are not responsible if a coupon expires. Please make sure you give the front office all the information needed to process a coupon at the time of service check out. We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment or waiting area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy.
